Uses

A perfect green paint most suitable for pharma units, Dairies, Food processing plants and Laboratories. It is also recommended for hospital operation theatres, electrical industries, hotels and shopping malls.

• STORAGE LIFE: Up to six months as long as the sealed containers are kept under standard dry ware house conditions within a temp range + 5-degree C to 35-degree C.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• New concrete : Ensure that concrete is cured for minimum of one month. The surface must be prepared mechanically by using grinding, scarifying or blasting as required to obtain a dry, clean and laitance free surface. All voids and dents are to be repaired.
• Old concrete: substrates deeply contaminated with oil, grease and/or salt deposits must be cleaned by flame jetting followed by washing with detergent water and fresh water jetting. Apply the appropriate primer on dry and clean surface.

DRYING TIME

• DRYING TIME : 30degree C
• TOUCH: Within 30 to 45 minutes
• HANDLE: 6 hours
• HARD: Overnight

APPLICATION

• The paint before application must be thoroughly stirred to bring homogeneity. The product is supplied in ready for use condition and thinning with water is not recommended. Apply by brush or roller to obtain uniform film at the desired thickness.
