Epoxy Floor Guard SL
EPOXY FLOOR GUARD SL the ideal solution for creating a hygienic,
dust-free and attractive floor finish that is suitable for a variety of
industries. This three-component system consists of a carefully
designed solventless epoxy resin composition, hardener and
hard-wearing quartz fillers. It provides an extremely smooth, glossy
or semi-glossy, hard-wearing and chemical-resistant floor topping.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
PRIMING
For use over a concrete surface,
FLOOR PRIME EP primer is
recommended depending on substrate
condition to ensure maximum product
performance.

MIXING
EPOXY FLOOR GUARD SL SKID
Pack components are pre-weighted for
optimum performance. Never split packs.
Part –A resin (4 kg) + Part –B Curing
agent (2 kg) mix for 1-2 minutes then add
aggregate (12 kg) mix 1-2 min with slow
speed and apply on the floor by trawler
with the thickness of 1-2 mm along with
the spike roller to release the air bubbles
 
for the smooth and compact surface

APPLICATION

EPOXY FLOOR GUARD SL shall be
mixed and applied only by specialist
flooring contractors who have been
trained in the correct application
procedures.
