Product Description
American colour's high performance polyurethane has two components : Part A is mostly Acrylic resin and or polyester resin , and Part B is ALPHATIC HARDENER or convertor. Polyurethane provides superior gloss and colour retention,exhibiting a very high gloss wet look finish. Polyurethane also has excellent flexibility , chemical and abrasion resistance .

Primer Recommendations:PU Primer for Mild Steel, Aluminum, GI and plastic surface,( PU primer have ability to adhere like single bond with all most all the surface
· Surface Preparation:All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean and free from oil, grease, dirt, loose/flecking paint and other foreign substances
Mixing Instruction:
- Take care of water in compressor air line because hardener is more sensitive to water, it will become hard very fast
- Mixing ratio of A:B is available in 3:1 and Primer in 4:1

Drying Time at 30 DegreeC & 50 RH:
· Surface Dry 10 Minutes
· Tack Free 25 Minutes
· Hard Dry 4-6 Hours
· Low Temperature, High Humidity, Thickness of the film, and Poor Ventilation will increase the dry time.
