SURFACE PREPARATION & MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the surface: Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean and primed with a
suitable sealer or primer. - Clean and sand the surface: Thoroughly clean the surface, removing any dust, oil, water, or
other contaminants. Additionally, sand the surface well to create a smooth and even base. - Apply the first coats: On the well-prepared surface, apply 1 to 2 coats of PU AUTO GLOSS
PAINT. Apply the paint in both horizontal and vertical strokes to ensure even coverage. - Sand for a perfect finish: Once the initial coats have dried, use a very fine sandpaper to
lightly sand the surface. This step helps to achieve a flawless finish. After sanding, remove
any dust or debris from the surface. - Repeat the top coating process: Apply another coat of PU AUTO MATT PAINT to the
sanded surface. Follow the same technique of applying the paint in horizontal and vertical
strokes.

- CLEANING OF TOOLS
All tools should be cleaned with Wash Thinner or PU Super Thinner as soon as possible.

PU AUTO GLOSS PAINT is flammable and harmful if swallowed. If contact with eyes or skin occurs, wash well with fresh water and seek immediate medical advice.

SURFACE PREPARATION & MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean and free from oil, grease, dirt, loose/flecking paint,
and other foreign substances - Mix Base Part A and add Hardener Part B into Base Part A and mix thoroughly until
homogeneous. Allow mixture to react in the can for about 5 minutes (induction time) and
add around 40% thinner. - Be mindful of water in the compressor air line because hardener is more sensitive to water,
it will become hard very fast. Mixing ratio of A:B is available in PU Paint R 3:1
DRYING TIME
Drying Time at 30°C & 50 RH- Surface Dry 10 min., Tack Free 25 min., Hard Dry
4-6 Hrs. [Low temperature, High humidity, Thickness of film, and Poor Ventilation
will increase drying time]

Product Description
